1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the app.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes through the app or by other means. Your continued use of the app after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

3. App License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to these Terms and does not include:

  • Modifying, disassembling, decompiling or reverse engineering the app
  • Renting, leasing, lending, selling, redistributing, or sublicensing the app
  • Copying, reproducing, or making the app available over a network
  • Removing, altering, or obscuring any proprietary notices

4. User Accounts and Profiles

4.1 Profile Creation

The app allows you to create profiles to organize and manage your content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Apple ID and for all activities under your account.

4.2 User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using the app. By using the app, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the app.

5. Subscription Services

5.1 Subscription Terms

Our app offers subscription-based services with the following terms:

  • Subscriptions provide access to premium features
  • Subscription fees are charged through your Apple ID account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period
  • Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off in your Apple ID Account Settings

5.2 Free Trial

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6. CloudKit and Data Syncing

6.1 iCloud Requirement

Certain features require an active iCloud account. By using these features, you acknowledge:

  • Data will be stored in your personal iCloud account
  • Syncing functionality depends on Apple’s iCloud service
  • We are not responsible for data loss or sync issues caused by iCloud service disruptions

6.2 Data Management

You are responsible for managing your data storage within your iCloud account. Deleting the app may not remove data from your iCloud account.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The app, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the app:

  • In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • To transmit or upload any material containing viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app
  • To interfere with the proper working of the app
  • For any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE APP.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in United Kingdom, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the app.
